Shannon Barnett has acted in a variety of roles for film and television and you may recognize her from her over 30 television commercials. In theatre she most recently appeared in a co-production of "Camelot" with Manitoba Theatre Centre, Theatre Calgary and the Citadel Theatre; "Marry Me A Little" for Theatre Kingston; "The Source" which debuted in the Toronto Rhubarb Festival and "Homespun" at the Toronto Fringe Festival. Shannon delivered the acting portion of the National Screen Institute's Movie Camp and has been teaching scene study class at the Cabbagetown Community Arts Centre for the past five years. She is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City and has studied in Toronto with Al Waxman, John Boylan and others. Shannon teaches On-Camera for Teens, Private Coaching and gives the Audition session at the Film Camp for Teens.
