This course is geared to improve your ability to work in film and TV.
Using a feature film scene and typical TV scenes you will have time and space to pursue questions that you need to work on. With only one other actor there is a peaceful atmosphere to do detailed work that can most assist you.
We will work without cameras and lights, thus lessening pressures that can divert you from practicing your core work.
Between August 5 and 16 – Monday to Thursday - you will work 4 times with the same partner in hour and a half sessions for a total of six hours of class time.

The course is an opportunity to further explore your imagination, unconscious, intuition, and creativity.
Semi-Private Sessions were initiated in 2009 and is the only course like it in Toronto. It offers the best of a group acting class with the degree of personal attention you receive in a private coaching session.
Each individual actor’s goals and concerns will be identified and then explored in scenes and exercises.
Your 4 sessions will be scheduled at times mutually agreeable between 10 am and 3:30 pm on 4 of the 8 days - Monday to Thursday - between August 5 and 16.
